Set up & manage Text & Email alerts

Our Alerts help you keep track of your spending, keep up to date with activity on your account and make managing your money easier:

• Choose to receive balance updates, email statement reminders and much more.
• You can set up and change your Alert settings via Anytime Banking by clicking on the Alerts option within the Navigation menu on the left of the page.

Get your latest balance on your mobile and statement reminders to your Inbox, choose from:

• Weekly balance alerts.
• Alerts to highlight when your balance drops below a certain amount.
• Email reminders when your eStatement is ready.
• Alerts to prevent fraud - for peace of mind we can text you when changes are made to your account via Anytime Banking.

• To receive text or email alerts, simply ensure your email address and mobile phone contact details are up to date, then click on manage alerts.
• Select the text or email alert you want to receive - if you need more information on any of our alerts just click on the 'i' icon.
