Changes to your Statements
As part of our commitment to helpful banking, we've re-designed our Savings and Current Account statements making it easier for you to understand all interest rates and charges applied to your accounts.
We have also introduced a New Annual Summary Statement which you will receive on the anniversary of your account opening date. You will receive this Annual Summary Statement each year.
This statement summarises any account charges and interest that have been applied to your account over the last year. Some refunds made during the technical incident in June/July 2012 may not be reflected in this Annual Summary, however details of all refunds are shown in your regular statement. Further help can be found by visiting your local branch or ulsterbank.co.uk/help.
