Important information

Graduate account is only available if you graduated in the past 12 months (and your course lasted at least two years). We provide overdraft facilities, graduate loans and credit cards under certain conditions and depending on the results of credit searches. You must be over 18 and living in the UK for tax purposes. We may need security (by way of a personal guarantee) for certain overdraft facilities or loans. The graduate package is valid for a minimum of 12 months. During the year following the end of this 12-month period, we will change your account to a Current Plus Account (depending on the terms and conditions of the account). We will write to you 60 days before doing this.

* You must pay the overdraft if we demand. You may not go over your overdraft limit without getting our permission first. If you go over your overdraft limit, we will charge interest at the rate shown in our brochure "A guide to personal accounts fees and interest". Unpaid item fees and other charges may also apply. ** You must begin to repay the loan within 12 months of graduating and finish paying it off within five years. You can delay the repayment for up to two years if you are going on to further studies.
