What happens once you apply?

You'll receive a welcome letter and your new account details in the post.

There are times when we may ask you to send us some extra information so that we can open your account. Once we receive this, we'll send you your welcome letter and account details.

Please note that this account can only be viewed and managed by registering for Anytime Banking, either online or over the phone. If, as part of your application, you have chosen to register for Anytime Banking you will receive your customer number and activation code in the post so you can view and manage your account online or over the phone.
