Anytime Telephone Banking - Overview

With friendly advisers, our Telephone Banking service is here for you 24 hours a day. It is important that you register for Anytime Banking to be able to access your funds and manage your account over the telephone.

  • Fast service - need to bank in a hurry? Our touchtone service could help you save time.
  • Free - there are no monthly charges; all you pay for is the cost of the call.
  • 24 hour access - we're open 365 days a year.*
  • Personal accounts management - our system puts your Ulster Bank current account, savings and credit card information in one place.
  • Flexible - transfer money between your accounts with us, pay regular bills, and manage Direct Debits and much more.
  • Personal touch – if you need to speak to someone who understands your needs our customer service advisers are available 8am to 10pm, seven days a week. Just press (2) button on your keypad or wait without choosing an option and they'll answer your call.
  • Saving you time - when you register for Anytime Internet Banking, you automatically receive Telephone Banking too. They work hand in hand, so any payments you set up automatically become available through both services.
  • To make banking easier you can use your online banking customer number, personal identification number and password when you use our telephone banking service.

For security and training, we record all calls.

System updates will mean that the transactional service for our internet and telephone services may be unavailable for short periods in the early hours of the morning.
