ufirstgold account - Before you upgrade
Here’s all the information you need to upgrade your account.
About you and your application
This upgrade process is for existing customers who are registered for Anytime Banking and wish to upgrade their current account to an Ulster Bank ufirst gold account. Please have your Anytime Banking login details to hand.
We make upgrading easy. There’s no interruption to the running of your account. You keep the same account number and sort code and all your direct debits and standing orders remain unchanged. When upgrading your account you will retain your existing overdraft facility and bank card (if applicable). If you wish to change cards i.e. from Standard ATM card to Debit/Service card or wish to alter your overdraft limit please call into your local branch and speak to one of our advisors.
Once your application is completed online your account will be Upgraded within 3 working days.
Please note: If you are a Standard/Adapt/Facility/Student/Step account customer you are unable to upgrade your account to a ufirstgold account but you can apply for a new ufirstgold account online.
