Simply let our dedicated Customer Support team know that you wish to use our Account Switching Service by calling them on:

Apply at a Branch

You can apply at any of our 146 branches across the country.

Simply tell the Customer Adviser that you wish to use our Account Switching Service and please don't forget to bring some supporting documents with you.

Your new account will be up and running in 10 working days:

Once your account is opened, if you have requested it:

  • We will send you your ATM card(s), and chequebooks.
  • We will send you your lodgement books.
  • We will send you an internet and telephone banking activation code.
  • We will help you set up any new standing orders.
