Your Account Opening and Switching Pack
Your pack contains the following documentation

- Current accounts and everyday banking brochure (PDF file); explaining how easy it is to open and switch your account with us and ways you can assist with the switching process
- A guide to personal accounts fees and interest brochure (PDF file)
- Personal banking terms and conditions brochure (PDF file)
- Terms of Business brochure
Please note: The "Date of Switch" you select on the Account Switching form is the date your switching process will commence. When selecting a date of switch, please allow at least 5 working days to accommodate potential postal delays.
You should pick a time of the month when there is the least activity on your account in terms of Direct Debits, Standing Orders or salary payments.
