An instant access savings account.
- Instant access - your money is there when you need it, with no notice required for withdrawals*.
- Start with just €1 - with a low opening balance to start saving.
- Manage your money - bank online, by telephone or call into any branch. Also withdraw money at any cash machine with a cash card where you see the Cirrus symbol. Note: Government stamp duty applies: Cashcard €2.50 per annum. This is not an Ulster Bank charge.
- Earn interest daily - Interest is calculated daily and paid into your account quarterly. Interest rates are variable.
*You are required to register for Anytime Banking to be able to access your funds and manage your account online or over the telephone. If you do not register for Anytime Banking you can manage your account through the branch network.
All returns are subject to Deposit Interest Retention Tax (DIRT). Under current legislation, the effective DIRT rate is 33%.
Anyone aged 18 or over and resident in the Republic of Ireland can open an Easy Access savings account.
