You’re required to pay card stamp duty annually for the previous year and on closure of each active individual card. When we close your Ulster Bank Commercial Card, we’ll confirm by letter that you’ve paid the relevant stamp duty. If you provide a copy of our confirmation letter to your new provider, they can update their systems to reflect the stamp duty payment has already been deducted by Ulster Bank.

2. Completing the card closure form received with your closure letter and return to FREEPOST Ulster Bank, PO Box 13432, Dublin 18. Receiving commercial cards from your new provider
- Test your new commercial cards by making a physical or online purchase.
- Inform service providers of new card details if applicable.
- Instruct users to stop using and destroy their Ulster Bank Commercial Card(s) after testing their new card(s).
