Just visit your app store directly and search "Ulster Bank " or see our links to the online app stores below:
Before you start using our Mobile Banking app, you’ll need to register for Anytime Internet Banking.
You can sign up online or via our business telephony team.
Once you have downloaded the app you will be prompted to enter your mobile number and accept our Mobile Banking Terms & Conditions.
We will then ask you to confirm your mobile number so we can send you a one time activation code by text message.
When you have this code, follow the simple steps below to sign up for the Ulster Bank app.
Enter activation code here. We will send it to the mobile number you provide during the initial part of registration.
Set up passcode. You only have to do this once. You will need the passcode every time you log in so make sure you keep it safe.
Enter customer number. If you don't know it, click one of the 'Forgotten customer number'
Enter your Anytime Internet Banking pin and password. If you have forgotten these, click 'Reset Online Banking'
Congratulations You can now instantly check your balances, make payments and much more on the move. Enjoy the Ulster Bank app.
