Repaying your outstanding balance
Here's how you can repay your outstanding balance in full or over several smaller repayments:
- Pay online using your debit card
- Pay over the phone using your debit card by calling us on 0818 210 276 (Monday – Friday, 9am - 5pm)
- To arrange a funds transfer please call us on 0818 210 260 (Monday to Sunday, 8am – 8pm)
The repayment site will allow you to make online payments to your Ulster Bank account using your debit card. If you encounter any difficulties, please call us using the telephone number quoted on your most recent letter from us.
Terms and Conditions
Please allow 5 working days for payments to reach your account. Interest and penalties may continue to accrue or be applied until the payment reaches the designated account. Please ensure that you have sufficient funds in your account to meet the payment.
Please note that if we act on a single payment or recurring payment instruction received using this online service, this will not mean that we have agreed to accept that payment and/or future payments, in place of your contractual repayment obligations.
If you wish to amend your contractual repayments, please get in touch with your usual point of contact and your request will be considered.
You are free to end a recurring payment instruction at any time. While we will make reasonable efforts to provide the service, we will not be liable for any failure to provide the service, in part or full, for any cause that is beyond our reasonable control. This includes, in particular, any suspension of the service resulting from maintenance and upgrades to our systems or those of any party used to provide the service.
