- Amounts up to €1000 do not need any pre-order.
- Amounts over €1000, up to and including €10,000, must be pre-ordered at least one working day before collection.
- Any amount over €10,000, must be pre-ordered for collection at their closest branch.
Our Mobile Bank on Wheels service travels to over 61 communities each week. We want to assure you that looking after our customers and colleagues is our number one priority. The decision has been made to temporarily pause this service to reduce the risk of transmission of Covid-19 given it is very difficult to exercise social distancing. Customers can continue to access their banking services through other channels such as our Mobile App, Anytime Banking and our range of support services for the vulnerable & elderly.

Please be aware that your payments/transactions will not show on your account immediately, they will not be processed until after 3.45pm and no later than close of business at 5.00pm the same day.
Your payments/transactions may take longer to reach your account, or the beneficiary, if the vehicle is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, for instance by bad weather or road congestion.
To ensure we are able to fulfil our timetable in all of the communities we visit, we are unable to operate this service beyond the times stated in our published timetable. Our bank on wheels teams are limited to the amount of cash they can carry and therefore there maybe occasions when we are unable to complete larger cash transactions.
