Paperless Statements and Correspondence
It's easy to go paperless and access your statements and other correspondence through Anytime Banking. You don't have to wait on the post to arrive and you can view, save or print copies whenever you want. You can also choose to switch all or some of your eligible accounts to paperless, and you can switch back to paper at any time.

Get set up for paperless
Going paperless is easy:
- Log into Anytime Banking and click on the 'Paperless settings' option in the main menu
- Choose to switch your accounts to paperless statements, paperless correspondence or both
- Select 'Online only' for each of your accounts that you want to switch to paperless
You can switch back to paper at any time should you need to.
Paperless Statements
When you switch to paperless, you can view, save or print PDF copies of your statement for current and savings accounts and credit cards. You can find your statements online by clicking the ‘Statements’ option in left hand menu, then selecting “View, save and print PDF statements and certificates of interest”.

Credit card paperless statements
To view your credit card statments via paperless first log into Anytime Banking and click the ‘Statements’ option in the main menu. Then by selecting “View, save and print PDF statements and certificates of interest” you will be able to review upto 7 years of statement history including you latest statement.

Paperless Correspondence
When you opt for paperless correspondence, we’ll send your mail digitally to your Anytime Banking Mailbox, rather than by post. You can access correspondence we’ve sent you by logging into Anytime Banking and clicking the 'Mailbox' option in the main menu.
- We’ll send you an alert to let you know when you have a new item of mail to view online (you can choose an email alert, SMS or both)
- All mail you receive in your Mailbox is available in PDF format for you to view, download or print
- We’ll store your correspondence for 2 years, you can save a copy off to your computer should you wish to keep it for longer
- You can switch back to paper at any time
If you switch to paperless correspondence, we may occasionally still send selected important mail to you by post.
