Check out the different ways to pay your credit card bill, and the time to allow for each payment method.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Important:  When making a payment using your current account provider’s App/Online/Telephone Banking it is essential that you use your credit card number as the reference to ensure the funds reach your account.

Choose a new provider

Choose which financial provider you want to open a credit card account with.  The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) provides independent information including product comparison tools to help you find another provider, visit  www.ccpc.ie/consumers/money-tools/credit-card-comparisons.*

Fees and charges

A credit card has many benefits but to get the best from it, you need to be organised with your monthly payments otherwise you could end up paying fees and charges.

  • Late payment fee - if you're late paying your monthly bill.  Late payment fee is €8.50.
