How to let us know about your bereavement

Changes to our bereavement processes help tackle the barriers currently facing those who have lost loved ones.

Our dedicated Bereavement Services Team are here to help make things as easy as possible for you as a single point of contact for the bank.

Rather than posting your documentation, for your safety and convenience you can now upload your documents onto our dedicated Online notification from the comfort of your own home. Our dedicated team will invite you to upload your documents and complete Identification safely and securely.
