How to let us know about your bereavement

Changes to our bereavement processes help tackle the barriers currently facing those who have lost loved ones.

One of the most devastating impacts of the current crisis is the number of people who have lost loved ones as  result of Covid 19. This can be exacerbated by the fact you may not have had the chance to say goodbye and even familiar traditions like funerals have had to change. On top of this, you could be facing new barriers when it comes to sorting out your loved one's financial affairs because of Covid 19. We are very sorry for your loss and that’s why we have made some changes that will help you during this difficult time.

Our dedicated Bereavement Services Team are here to help make things as easy as possible for you as a single point of contact for the bank.

Rather than visiting the branch or posting your documentation, for your safety and convenience you can now upload your documents onto our dedicated WebPage from the comfort of your own home. Our dedicated team will invite you to upload your documents and complete Identification safely and securely.
