How our services are running and updates on planned maintenance

What's this all about?

Find out important updates related to our range of services. And, you can also see whether our range of services are running as we expect, if we're aware of any issues, or if we're planning a period of maintenance soon.

Planned System Updates

In order to keep our systems up to date, we sometimes need to carry out essential maintenance. So that we don't cause you too much disruption, we do this in the early hours of the morning from 01:55 to 02:30.

When we have essential maintenance planned outside of these times, we will update the information below with the specific times and services affected. We are sorry for any disruption that this may cause you.

Coronavirus - we're here to support you

All of our Digital Channels are available to you - including our Mobile Banking App which has a 24/7 Chat and Messaging Service.

Anytime Banking

Service update

To ensure we continue to provide you with a reliable service, we will be carrying out routine maintenance from approximately 01:30 until approximately 06:00 this Sunday 26 September. This means that our Anytime banking will be unavailable during these times. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this will cause and thank you for your patience.

Service update

To ensure we continue to provide you with a reliable service, we will be carrying out routine maintenance for approximately 15 minutes between 02:00am and 02:15am on Sunday 26 September. This means that –

• All ATMs representing the brands; RBS, NWB, Ulster Bank, Coutts, Adam & Co and Tesco Bank will be out of service.
• Debit cardholders will not be able to use our ATMs or, with the exception of Coutts/Adam & Company clients, those of other financial institutions
• Credit cardholders will be able to use the ATMs of other financial institutions

Telephone Services

Service update

To ensure we continue to provide you with a reliable service, we will be carrying out routine maintenance from approximately 01:30 until approximately 06:05 this Sunday 26 September. This means that our Telephone banking will be unavailable during these times. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this will cause and thank you for your patience.
