On the 19th February 2021 we announced a phased withdrawal of all our banking activity and associated services in the Republic of Ireland. From April 2022 we will begin writing to customers giving up to 6 months notice that we will be closing your account(s).
This means you will need to choose a new provider and open a new account with them. If you don't close your account(s) before the date provided in your letter you will no longer be able to use the account(s) and they will close 30 days after this date.
You don’t need to wait until you receive your account closure letter; we are here to support you now if you want to start the process of choosing and moving to a new provider. It is recommended that you do this as soon as possible to ensure you have sufficient time to make alternative banking arrangements.
