Anytime Internet Banking is a simple and straightforward service, usually best suited to small businesses, providing easy access to a range of everyday banking activities.
Anytime Banking is available to existing business customers only with an eligible account and some services may not be available on all account types. Mobile App is available on most smartphones to customers with Anytime Internet Banking and a Republic of Ireland or international mobile number in specific countries. Bankline is available to Ulster Bank business current account customers. Fees may apply.

When you sign up for our online banking service, you will receive a Customer Number and an Activation code either via email, text or post.
Your customer number is made up of your date of birth (DDMMYY) followed by four digits.
The activation code is only used to activate your online banking and allows you to create an online banking PIN (Personal Identification Number) and password.
You will need your customer number when signing into online banking, along with your PIN and password.

This is our free security device which adds an extra layer of protection when banking online.
There are lots of reasons to make the switch to eStatements and start receiving your statements through online banking:
Switching to eStatement is easy, simply login to online banking, select 'statements' from the main menu, then click on 'Stop or start paper statements'. Then just select to change some or all of your accounts to eStatements.
You'll need to enter your email address before switching to eStatements if we don't already have it. This is so we can tell you when your statement is ready to view online.
