Where your balance is greater than €100 please expect a call back to confirm the details of your request.

Yes – if the cheque has not been lodged you can request the value of the cheque to be donated to one of our chosen charities.

You can do this by emailing us on CharityDonation@ulsterbank.com or contacting Telephony with the following information:

• Name of Payee
• Value of Cheque
• Cheque Serial Number
• Your Chosen Charity from our list below

Where the value of your cheque is greater than €100 please expect a call back to confirm the details of your request.

Yes - if the value of your cheque is €100 or less and it is not lodged within 6 months of the cheque issue date, we will donate the remaining balance of your account to one of our chosen charities, you do not need to take any action.

Yes – if the value of your cheque is greater than €100 you can still donate to Charity.  You can do this by emailing us on CharityDonation@ulsterbank.com or contacting Telephony with the following information:

• Name of Payee
• Value of Cheque

• Your Chosen Charity from our list below

Credit Balances

Credit balances of €5 or less will be donated to charity.

For credit balances over €5 please contact the Card Centre on 0818 210 261 (lines open 24 hours a day including Bank Holiday; if phoning from outside the Republic of Ireland call +44 1702 275524) to arrange a refund. Unclaimed credit balances €100 or less, will be donated to one of our chosen charities
