Supporting you through our phased withdrawal

Update for Personal Loan Customers

No action is required from Personal Loan customers at this time but Ulster Bank  is currently writing to Personal Loan customers to notify them that the beneficial interest in their Personal Loan will transfer to Elmscott Property Finance DAC and the legal ownership and servicing of their loan will be transferred to Pepper Finance Corporation (Ireland) DAC, 'Pepper'.

If you hold a Personal Loan, you will not be asked to repay it early but you will need to ensure that you continue to make the repayments on your loan, in accordance with the terms of your relevant Personal Loan agreement. Failure to do so could have consequences for you, including negatively impacting your credit rating.

If you are currently repaying your Personal Loan from your Ulster Bank current account, prior to this account being closed, you will need to provide us with the details of the new account that you wish to use for your Personal Loan repayments.

Details on the different ways you can do this are included in the FAQs below.
